ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
How long will it take to process and fulfill my order?
Please allow up to 10–12 weeks for production, processing, and fulfillment. Preorders are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure quality.
Please allow 10–12 business days for processing and handling before the order is handed off to the shipping carrier.
Note: Processing time does not include shipping time. We’re a small, high-quality operation—we appreciate your patience while we prep the gear that can handle your wildest days on the water.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will shipping take once my order is processed?
We ship worldwide via USPS and GlobalPost. International delivery typically takes 10–14 weeks or longer depending on customs processing and country regulations.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Does Rough and Rowdy cover customs fees for international orders?
No. All customs duties, taxes, VAT, and related import fees are the customer’s responsibility. These fees vary by country and are outside of our control. Customs authorities may hold or reject packages, which can delay delivery. Contact your local customs office for details.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
How will I know when my gear ships out?
Once your order enters processing, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking info. Keep in mind:

DAMAGED / LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
What happens if my package is damaged, lost, or stolen?
We hate it when the gear doesn’t land right. Here’s what to do:

Note: Rough and Rowdy is not responsible for packages once they’ve left our facility. USPS conducts their own investigations and makes the final call on claim approvals.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We’re a small-batch, limited-run operation, and we stand behind the quality of everything we ship. That said, if your gear arrives defective or incorrect, shoot us an email—we’ll make it right.
